The Recovery from Pet Loss Workshop combines cutting edge expressive art modalities with work in grief recovery. Use of expressive arts such as creative writing, visual arts, music, movement and collage plus personal interpretation allows the process to be experienced most fully.

The emphasis of the workshop is to assist the attendee in learning about themselves, their coping mechanisms, life concepts and perceptions. Through expressive arts, it provides insight and healing in their grief process and recognition of how to incorporate the gift into daily life.
